Smoothies! Love them or hate them they’re here to stay.

Smoothies can be a great way to get some extras into you. Extras like protein, superfoods, veggies, supplements - just be aware this means sugar, too. Some of these recipes list protein powder in the ingredients (We probably add protein to all of them when we make them) use your favourite. Our intention isn’t to make you go buy a bunch of specialty ingredients but to use what’s already in your pantry. We add medicinal mushrooms and other adaptogens depending on how we’re feeling that day. As always substitutions are welcomed and encouraged! Smoothies are more about the method than about the recipe.
